Belakangan, menu makanan yang diolah dengan bumbu salted egg memang sedang populer di antara masyarakat Asia, termasuk juga di Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Salted egg ini sebenarnya adalah bumbu yang berasal dari kuning telur asin. Bumbu itu kemudian dihaluskan dan dibuat menjadi saus kental yang lezat. Semula, salted egg lebih dikenal sebagai bumbu untuk hidangan laut alias seafood, seperti kepiting, cumi, udang, dan lain-lain. Namun, kemudian ada modifikasi untuk perpaduan hidangan lainnya, tak terkecuali untuk pendamping ayam goreng.<\/p>\n<h2>Bahan-bahan dalam Resep Bikin Keripik Kentang Salted Egg<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; 1 kg kentang<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 butir kuning telur asin, dihancurkan hingga halus<br \/>\n&#8211; 20 gr mentega<br \/>\n&#8211; secukupnya Daun kari<br \/>\n&#8211; Cuka<br \/>\n&#8211; Chili Flakes<br \/>\n&#8211; Minyak goreng<br \/>\n&#8211; Garam<\/p>\n<h2>Cara Membuat Keripik Kentang Salted Egg<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Slice kentang tipis-tipis. Cuci beberapa kali hingga airnya jernih. Rendam dalam air yang diberi garam dan cuka selama 30 menit. Tiriskan dan lap hingga kering lalu angin-anginkan 30 menit. Goreng kentang dalam minyak yang banyak. Rendang harus terendam. Goreng hingga kentang keemasan.<br \/>\n&#8211; Panaskan mentega dan sedikit minyak goreng dengan api kecil. Masukkan daun kari dan chili flakes, masak hingga harum. Tambahkan kuning telur asin yang telah halus, masak hingga berbuih (hati-hati karena kuning telur mudah gosong).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Matikan api kompor, masukkan kentang goreng. Aduk hingga seluruh kentang tersalur merata dengan kuning telur asin.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tuang kentang dalam loyang, panggang dalam ovem 120\u00b0C selama 20 menit hingga kentang kering dan krispi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Setelah dingin, pindahkan kentang dalam toples.
