Tenang, ada tips menghangatkan badan saat dingin mulai merasuki badan.<\/p>\n<p>Bediding umumnya terjadi pada bulan Juli dan mencapai puncaknya pada Agustus. Suhu udara pada termometer berada pada kisaran 15 derajat celsius, bahkan suhu terdingin mencapai 13 derajat celsius.<\/p>\n<p>Patur diwaspadai, karena fenomena ini berbahaya terjadi di tengah pandemi covid-19, karena dapat menurunkan imun tubuh. Imun yang lemah bisa saja memicu komorbid\/penyakit bawaan yang bisa membuat orang sampai kehilangan nyawa jika terpapar covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Penyakit bawaan yang bisa terpicu oleh udara dingin antara lain asma (sesak napas), pilek alergi (rinitis alergi), sinusitis, dan alergi kulit karena udara dingin. Salah satu antisipasinya, kita buat suhu badan kita lebih hangat untuk memberikan perlawanan terhadap udara yang masuk ke tubuh.<\/p>\n<h2>Inilah Tips Menghangatkan Badan Saat Bediding Menyerang<\/h2>\n<h3>1. Menggigil<\/h3>\n<p>Menggigil adalah upaya alami tubuh manusia untuk menghangatkan diri. Inilah cara tubuh merespons suhu lingkungan, dengan menggetarkan seluruh otot di tubuh. Efeknya akan menghasilkan panas secara alami.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Banyak Makan<\/h3>\n<p>Banyak makan makanan di tengah udara dingin dapat menghangatkan tubuh. Dengan mengonsumsi makananan, kadar gula darah dapat terjaga dengan baik. Dampaknya dapat memberikan energi pada tubuh untuk tetap hangat.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Banyak Minum Air Putih<\/h3>\n<p>Banyak minum air putih bisa menjadi cara untuk menjaga agar tubuh tidak merasa kedinginan. Jika terhidrasi dengan baik, tubuh dapat memberikan kehangatan yang lebih baik. Sebaiknya air yang diminum adalah air hangat, meski tidak serta-merta membuat suhu tubuh menjadi hangat pula.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Adaptadi Tubuh dengan Cuaca Dingin<\/h3>\n<p>Lebih dari yang kita bayangkan, tubuh sebenarnya punya kemampuan lebih dengan mekanisme khusus untuk menjaga dirinya tetap hangat. Terbukti, orang yang sering berada di daerah dengan suhu rendah bakal terbiasa dengan udara dingin.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Tubuh Jangan Sampai Basah<\/h3>\n<p>Jagalah tubuh jangan sampai basah terkena air agar suhu tubuh tidak ikut dingin. Bukan cuma air, keringat atau baju basah yang menempel di badan juga berpengaruh meningkatkan suhu dingin dalam tubuh.
