Biasanya, makanan ini disajikan di acara kumpul-kumpul teman atau keluarga, kerja kelompok, hingga cemilan di rumah saat santai sore hari.<\/p>\n<p>Ada dua cara Bund pembuatan berbeda dari weci. Biasanya semua bahan langsung diaduk menjadi satu lalu digoreng menggunakan cetakan. Ada juga yang dibuat berlapis dengan isian ada di tengah antara kulit atas dan kulit bawah.<\/p>\n<p>Berikut merupakan langkah- langkah pembuatan weci ayam khas Malang. Pembuatan weci ini terbuat dengan isian terdapat di tengah. Bahan- bahan disini dipisahkan buat isian serta kulit.<\/p>\n<p>Buat isi<\/p>\n<p>Daging yam giling\u00bc kg<\/p>\n<p>Jamur kancing cincang 100 gr<\/p>\n<p>Bawang putih 2 siung, iris tipis<\/p>\n<p>Bawang merah 4 siung, iris tipis<\/p>\n<p>Kecap manis 1 sdt<\/p>\n<p>Kecap asin 1 sdt<\/p>\n<p>Garam 1 sdt<\/p>\n<p>Gula pasir\u00bd sdt<\/p>\n<p>Merica bubuk\u00bc sdt<\/p>\n<p>Buat kulit<\/p>\n<p>Tepung terigu protein besar 300 gr<\/p>\n<p>Telur ayam 1 butir, kocok lepas<\/p>\n<p>Daun bawang 1 batang, iris tipis<\/p>\n<p>Garam 1\u00bd sdt<\/p>\n<p>Gula pasir\u00bd sdt<\/p>\n<p>Air 450 cc<\/p>\n<p>Metode membuat:<\/p>\n<p>Buat adonan isi<\/p>\n<p>Tumis bawang merah serta bawang putih sampai harum. Tumis dengan api lagi supaya tidak gampang gosong.<\/p>\n<p>Tambahkan jamur kancing serta daging ayam giling, aduk menyeluruh sampai matang.<\/p>\n<p>Tambahkan daun bawang, merica, garam, gula, kecap manis, serta kecap asin, aduk rata.<\/p>\n<p>Buat adonan kulit<\/p>\n<p>Campur tepung terigu, telur ayam, gula, garam, daun bawang, serta air.<\/p>\n<p>Aduk menyeluruh sampai adonan agak kental, tidak sangat encer serta tidak sangat kental yang pekat.<\/p>\n<p>Mencetak serta menggoreng weci<\/p>\n<p>Tuang minyak goreng seperlunya dalam wajan. Tuang hingga sekiranya lumayan buat merendam adonan weci. Panaskan.<\/p>\n<p>Celupkan sendok cetakan weci ke dalam minyak goreng biar adonan gampang terlepas dari cetakan.<\/p>\n<p>Angkat sendok cetakan serta tuang adonan kulit secara tipis. Kemudian tambahkan isian di atas kulit dasar tadi. Berikutnya, tuangkan lagi adonan kulit buat menutupi isian.<\/p>\n<p>Masukkan ke dalam wajan. Tunggu sampai adonan bisa terlepas dari cetakan. Balikkan weci supaya matangnya menyeluruh.<\/p>\n<p>Ulangi langkah 3- 4 buat mencetak weci berikutnya.<\/p>\n<p>Angkat weci yang telah matang kecoklatan serta tiriskan<\/p>\n<p>Weci siap dihidangkan.<\/p>\n<p>Bersumber pada formula dari formula dapurku ini, jumlah weci yang bisa terbuat merupakan 9 buah.
