Perubahan suhu ini menandakan puncak <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wearemania.net\/ngalam\/jangan-ke-pantai-malang-selatan-dulu-bakal-ada-banjir-rob-lagi\/4323\">musim kemarau<\/a> akan segera datang. Orang jawa menyebutnya bediding.<\/p>\n<p>Umumnya udara dingin terjadi pada malam menjelang pagi hari. Adapun suhu paling dingin di Malang Raya pada waktu tersebut bisa mencapai 17 derajat celcius.<\/p>\n<p>Nah, di tengah suhu udara yang sangat dingin ini, bagaimana cara agar kita tidak mudah sakit? Berikut ini adalah cara agar kita tetap sehat walaupun suhu udara sedang dingin-dinginnya:<\/p>\n<h2>1. Makan yang banyak<\/h2>\n<p>Makan lebih banyak saat Anda merasa kedinginan merupakan cara yang baik untuk mempertahankan kehangatan tubuh Anda. Hal ini penting untuk menjaga gula darah Anda sehingga tubuh dapat memberikan energi yang Anda butuhkan untuk tetap hangat.<\/p>\n<p>Makanlah makanan yang dicerna tubuh secara perlahan, seperti makanan yang berlemak. Saat tubuh Anda mencerna makanan, tubuh akan membakar energi sehingga Anda akan merasa lebih hangat. Oleh karena itu, jika makanan yang Anda makan lebih lama dicerna tubuh, maka Anda juga akan merasa hangat lebih lama.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Perbanyak minum air<\/h2>\n<p>minum air mineral sangat dibutuhkan agar Anda terhindar dari dehidrasi atau kekurangan cairan yang akan memperburuk kesehatan akibat udara dingin. Tubuh yang terhidrasi dengan baik dapat memberikan kehangatan yang lebih baik pula.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Sesuaikan tubuh Anda dengan cuaca dingin<\/h2>\n<p>Tubuh mempunyai kemampuan lebih dari yang Anda bayangkan. Tubuh mempunyai mekanisme khusus untuk menjaga dirinya tetap hangat. Orang yang sering menghabiskan waktu dalam cuaca dingin dapat membuat dirinya lebih tahan dengan dingin. Mekanisme dalam tubuh ini belum sepenuhnya dipahami. Namun, mungkin lemak tubuh yang disebut dengan lemak coklat (brown fat) berperan dalam hal ini. Lemak coklat dapat lebih banyak membakar energi dan melepaskannya sebagai panas tubuh untuk memberi kehangatan pada Anda.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Gunakan Krim<\/h2>\n<p>Ketika musim dingin,Anda bisa langsung merasakan efeknya terhadap kulit Anda; area kulit yang tidak tertutup akan mulai terasa perih dan kulit terasa kering dan kencang. Semakin lama kulit terkena udara dingin, bisa menyebabkan kulit menjadi pecah-pecah, lalu urat vena yang terjepit bisa menimbulkan wajah tampak merah dan memar.
