Hal tersebut bisa disebabkan oleh banyak hal salah satunya adalah karena kehilangan pekerjaan atau pendapatan yang mrosot saat pandemi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tips Merawat Kesehatan Mental Selama Pandemi Virus Corona<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Berikut ini adalah beberapa hal yang dapat Anda lakukan untuk menjaga kesehatan mental selama pandemi virus Corona:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>1. Melakukan aktivitas fisik<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Melakukan aktivitas fisik tubuh akan memproduksi hormon endorfin yang dapat meredakan stress, mengurangi rasa cemas, dan memperbaiki mood. Menlasir dari<a href=\"http:\/\/alodokter.com\"> alodokter.com<\/a> banyak olahraga ringan yang dapat dilakukan saat pandemi, seperti lari kecil, lompat di tempat, push up, sit up, dan lain sebagainya.<\/p>\n<p>Olahraga fisik ini selain untuk menjaga kebugaran tubuh juga dapat meredakan rasa stress, sehingga akan sangat baik untuk mrnjaga kesehatan mental. Selain itu, berjemur dibawah sinar matahari juga sangat baik untuk meningkatkan sistem imun.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>2. Mengonsumsi makanan bergizi<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Tidak hanya pada masa pandemi seperti saat ini, mengonsumsi makanan yang bergizi juga tentu sangat diperlukan setiap hari. Namun, dalam masa pandemi sangat dianjurkan untuk meningkatkan porsi makanan bergizi. Konsumsi makanan yang mengandung protein, lemak sehat, karbohidrat, vitamin, mineral, dan serat sangat disarankan.\u00a0Beragam nutrisi tersebut dapat Anda peroleh dari nasi dan <em>cereal<\/em>, buah-buahan, sayuran, makanan laut, daging, kacang-kacangan, serta susu.<\/p>\n<p>Asupan nutrisi yang baikk dari makanan bergizi tersebut bukann hanya untuk menjaga kesehatan tubuh tetapi juga dapat menjaga kesehatan mental secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>3. Menghentikan kebiasaan buruk<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Kebiasaan buruk seperti merokok, meminum minuman beralkohol, begadang tentu sangat mempengaruhi kesehatan fisik maupun mental. Jika kalian adalah seorang perokok dan sering mengonsumsi minuman beralkohol, maka harus segera dihentikan. Kebiasaan merokok yang masih banyak dianggap sepele oleh banyak orang dapat beresiko meningkatkan infeksi kuman termasuk virus.<\/p>\n<p>Begitu juga dengan kebiasaan begadang, hal ini secara tidak langsung dapat menganggu kondisi fisik dan mental.
