Hal tersebut bisa disebabkan oleh banyak hal salah satunya adalah karena kehilangan pekerjaan atau pendapatan yang mrosot saat pandemi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tips Merawat Kesehatan Mental Selama Pandemi Virus Corona<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Berikut ini adalah beberapa hal yang dapat Anda lakukan untuk menjaga kesehatan mental selama pandemi virus Corona:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>1. Oleh karena itu, meluangkan waktu untuk berkomunikasi dengan kerabat dan keluarga sangatlah penting untuk merawat kesehatan mental. Hal ini bisa dilakukan secara virtual dengan video call, telepon, atau sekedar chat via WhatsApp.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan berkomunikasi ini kalian bisa menceritakan kekhawatiran dan kecemasan yang sedang kalian rasakan.
