Kuliner satu ini cukup mudah jika Anda ingin membuatnya sendiri dirumah. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wearemania.net\/ngalam\/resep-strudel-apel-khas-malang-dan-cara-memasaknya\/6149\">Resep<\/a> wedang <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wearemania.net\/ngalam\/kuliner-legendaris-di-kota-malang-yang-wajib-banget-kalian-coba\/5535\">angsle<\/a> khas Malang ini patut anda coba, simak resep berikut<\/p>\n<h3>Berikut bahan dan cara membuat wedang angsle khas Malang<\/h3>\n<p>100 g kukusan beras ketan putih<br \/>\n50 g biji delima yang sudah matang (rebus)<br \/>\n50 g kacang hijau matang<br \/>\n2 lembar roti tawar, buang bagian tepinya, potong dadu 1 cm<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuah Santan:<\/strong><br \/>\n250 g tepung beras halus (sudah tersaring)<br \/>\n50 g tepung kanji, ayak<br \/>\n300 ml santan dari \u00bc butir kelapa parut<br \/>\n4 lembar daun pandan, simpulkan<br \/>\n1 sdt garam<br \/>\n\u00bd sdt pewarna hijau makanan<br \/>\n\u00bd sdt pewarna merah muda makanan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuah:<\/strong><br \/>\n1\u00bd L santan encer dari 1 butir kelapa parut<br \/>\n3 lembar daun pandan, simpulkan<br \/>\n200 g gula pasir<br \/>\n1 sdt garam<br \/>\n5 cm jahe emprit, memarkan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Kukus tepung beras selama 20 menit. Angkat setelah matang, dan tiriskan.<br \/>\n2. Didihkan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wearemania.net\/ngalam\/es-santan-68-segarnya-santan-manis\/3054\">santan<\/a> bersama garam dan daun pandan. Setelah matang, sisihkan daun pandan.<br \/>\n3. Tuang santan matang ke dalam tepung beras kukus, sambil aduk rata hingga agak dingin. Tambahkan tepung kanji, aduk cepat hingga rata.<br \/>\n4. Pisahkan adonan menjadi 2 bagian. Warnai masing-masing adonan menggunakan pewarna hijau dan merah muda. Campurkan hingga rata.<br \/>\n5. Masukkan adonan sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam cetakan putu mayang, tekan hingga adonan berbentuk mi, kemudian gulung.<br \/>\n6. Kukus adonan bentuk mi dalam dandang panas selama 25 menit hingga matang.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuah:<\/strong><br \/>\nDidihkan santan bersama daun pandan, gula pasir, garam, dan jahe. Aduk rata perlahan agar santan tidak pecah. Angkat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Penyajian:<br \/>\n<\/strong>1. Susun ketan, kacang hijau, biji delima, roti tawar, dan petulo dalam mangkuk saji.<br \/>\n2. Tuangi dengan kuah santan.<br \/>\n3.
