Pembuatan<strong> Kue Kokam<\/strong> ini tidak susah dan waktu yang dibutuhkan juga tidak terlalu lama.<\/p>\n<h4>Berikut resep dan langkah membuat Kue Kokam Khas Malang<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Bahan-bahan:<\/strong><br \/>\n300 gr kacang tolo<br \/>\n100 gr gula merah, rebus<br \/>\n200 gr tepung terigu<br \/>\n1 sdt tepung maizena<br \/>\n1\/2 sdt vanili<br \/>\n1 lbr daun pandan<br \/>\nGula pasir secukupnya<br \/>\nGaram secukupnya<br \/>\nMinyak untuk menggoreng<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara membuat:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Rebus kacang tolo dan daun pandan sampai merekah dan airnya habis.<br \/>\n2. Kemudian saat masih panas campur dengan rebusan gula merah, vanili, garam dan maizena. Lalu haluskan. Tambahkan gula pasir jika kurang manis.<br \/>\n3. Setelah itu bentuk bulat-bulat agak pipih.<br \/>\n4. Celupkan ke dalam adonan kental terigu, garam dan air.<br \/>\n5. Rekatkan bulatan yang telah dilumuri tepung tersebut dua-dua seperti bola kembar siam. Lalu goreng sampai kuning keemasan.<br \/>\n6.
